Home Stretch
It's that time...the last normal day of classes for me is tomorrow, after which I have two finals (and two CLEP tests). I feel refreshed--it's the home stretch. Tomorrow I get to sell my books back. I got to veg and play video games today, and generally take a load off. It's enjoyable.
I definitely want to finish strong, but right now I'm just awed at the relief of having three of my five classes over and done with. I feel great--I can touch back and just chill for a bit and not be totally freaking out over the upcoming finals. It's a wonderful feeling.
Of course, that also means that most everyone is going to be leaving soon, and that really sucks. The e-mails people send me with their new contact information are coming in, and they're an acute reminder that those people are leaving. It didn't sting too bad until my first really good friend sent me hers (in all caps no less), and it hit me, "This e-mail means she's leaving. This sucks." Oh well, it's gotta happen.
