Thoughts Swirling in my Head

1. One thing about me that has not changed recently is that it drives me nuts when phone calls, e-mail, etc. is not returned.

1.1. As a corollary, don't promise to call back later and then fail to do so (consistently). It's equally annoying.

2. Karaoke video games, as bad of a concept as they sound, are fun--even if you don't know any of the songs.

3. Kindness is more important than intelligence.

4. It's really nice to be writing code that I feel proud of when I leave for the day.

4.1. It's really nice not to be doing project manager duties.

5. There's a huge difference between people who are fundamentally happy and fundamentally unhappy.

6. Solo piano music is often quite gorgeous.

7. You can't teach an old dog new tricks.

8. I really don't like converting tabs to spaces.

9. "I believe in forgiveness and second chances."
